Summary

In order to achieve sustainability we need to reframe our relationship with consumption. One burgeoning method is the sharing economy that promotes "collaborative consumption." In the environment of a developing world, the sharing economy has the potential to improve livelihoods as well as de-couple development and environmental degradation.
