Summary
In less than two decades since reintroduction, brown bears have flourished in the Dolomite Mountains. Progetto Manifattura's "Green House" project aims to similarly cultivate the growth of a different species: cleantech companies. A repurposed 22-acre tobacco factory now houses a sustainable development innovation hub: production, research, training, higher learning, and technical assistance.
