According to NASA, global sea levels have risen more than half a foot in the last century, and the rate of increase in the last ten years is nearly double that of the last 100. At the same time, glaciers are retreating nearly everywhere around the globe and in many places that depend on the ice for water—like the Himalayas, Andes, and in Africa. And in the U.S., record high temperature events have been increasing since 1950, while record low temperature events have been decreasing.
How do we prepare for these climatic changes? Hear from those working on the front lines to see how companies, communities, and governments are acting to better manage their natural resources and adapt to the challenges of an uncertain future.
Presented by Bloomberg BNA. This panel will be streamed live on sxsweco.com and bna.com
