Climate Access - Founder & Dir
Cara Pike is the founder and director of Climate Access, a network for those engaging the public in the transformation to low-carbon resilient communities. Her work includes creation of the Ecological Roadmap, Climate Communications Behavior Change – A Guide for Practitioners. Cara provides training and consulting services to government agencies and nonprofit organizations including the National Estuarine Research Reserve, British Columbia’s Ministry of the Environment, Natural Resources Defense Council, Union of Concerned Scientists, and Clean Energy Canada. She served on the engagement and communication working group of the federal National Climate Assessment Development Advisory Committee and sits on the boards of Resource Media and the Hollyhock Educational Foundation.
