Situ Research - Lead Project Mgr
McKenna Cole has a background in landscape architecture, environmental science, and design. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in landscape architecture and has a Masters in Landscape Architecture from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University. She served as a teacher’s assistant while at Harvard for courses in design and research and has taught parametric modeling workshops at Cornell University. Her research interests revolve around the intersection of design, data, cartography, and geopolitics. McKenna is an expert with GIS software and has extensive experience developing geospatial to parametric workflows. McKenna has been involved with SITU Research for three years working on projects ranging from mapping drone strikes in the Middle East to visualizing housing discrepancies in New York City.
