Quick Bio

Ms. Angelica Salas is the Advisor on Urban Development and Sustainable and Competitive Cities to the Secretary of Planning for Urban Development of the Cartagena Governor’s Office, a position she has assumed within the past year. Prior to this role, Ms. Salas worked as a Leisure Tourism Advisor of Cartagena for Procolombia, a government agency promoting non-traditional exports and international tourism, and as the Private Advisor to the Presidency of Findeter, the national development bank of Colombia. Ms. Salas holds a Master in Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid in Madrid, Spain and a B.A. in Business Administration from University of Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia.
