Quick Bio

At PRR we operate under the philosophy that people make the best decisions when they're armed with the right information at the right time. That's Human-Powered Change. We also believe that places should reflect the aspirations and values of all the people they serve. Or as we call them, Human Powered -Places.

I have a decade of experience providing strategic communications counsel to businesses and public sector agencies, with a passion for message development, storytelling, and community engagement to create Human-Powered Change and Places. My work spans the Seattle area and the country, with clients that include the Washington and Oregon State Departments of Transportation, Skanska USA, the Maricopa Association of Governments in Phoenix, and the real estate brokers behind Starbucks and the Gates Foundation headquarters.

Check out my favorite campaign (for my city in WA) the City of Shoreline, Washington’s economic development marketing campaign, 'You Don't Know Squatch About Shoreline'

A native of Texas (El Paso), I came to Seattle to earn my degree in Communications, and 14 years later, I still love living by water over desert. I volunteer my time to help strengthen readership for a regional online media publication, Crosscut News (, I also enjoy reading memoirs and biographies, Husky football games, outdoor concerts, Vegas, karaoke, and breakfast for dinner.
